Question 1

How to keep caviar leather looking new on a quilted bag?

Accepted Answer

Wipe with a dry soft cloth, store stuffed in its dust bag, and keep the chain tucked inside so it never scratches the flap. caviar leather needs no creams — just dryness and rest.

Question 2

How to spot a well-made Classic Flap inspired bag?

Accepted Answer

Check quilting alignment at the flap edge, turnlock smoothness, and chain weight. Stitching should be dense and even. This piece is sold 100 % neuf with matched hardware throughout.

Question 3

Does the quilted pattern stay puffy over time?

Accepted Answer

Quality quilting keeps its loft when the bag is stored stuffed and not crushed. caviar leather holds the diamond pattern well. Restuff after wear and the Medium keeps its signature puff.

Question 4

Single flap vs double flap — does it matter?

Accepted Answer

For daily ease, single flap wins. For the classic structured feel, double. Either way, the turnlock-and-chain language is identical.

Question 5

What outfits go with a Black Classic Flap?

Accepted Answer

Day: tailoring + sneakers, flap on shoulder. Night: slip dress, chain doubled. The Black colorway never fights the outfit.

Question 6

Is the Classic Flap worth it in 2026?

Accepted Answer

Some silhouettes are permanent. The Classic Flap is one — which is exactly why an inspired version at $549 makes sense.

Question 7

Caviar vs lambskin — which wears better on a Classic Flap?

Accepted Answer

Caviar leather leans toward the caviar end of the spectrum: textured, resilient, and it keeps the flap's crisp lines. For daily wear, that's the smarter pick.

Question 8

Classic Flap medium vs jumbo — which size is better for daily use?

Accepted Answer

The medium fits phone, wallet, keys, lipstick — the daily essentials. The jumbo swallows sunglasses, a makeup pouch and more. This Classic Flap Medium follows the medium profile most buyers choose first.

Question 9

How much is a Classic Flap inspired bag?

Accepted Answer

Standard $549, Premium $659, Signature $768 — Black caviar leather, chain strap and turnlock included, free Expédition mondiale.

Question 10

Can you wear the Classic Flap crossbody?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the chain strap adjusts by doubling it for shoulder wear or wearing it long crossbody. This Medium version's chain is finished to sit comfortably either way.
